RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY<\/span><\/div>

Thank you for shopping at RONGDA INTERNATIONAL TRADING LIMITED<\/span>. We want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.<\/div>
1. RETURN WINDOW<\/div>
We offer a 30-day return policy<\/span>, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be unworn, unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original premium packaging.<\/div>
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS<\/div>
Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene and customization reasons:<\/div>
  • Custom-made or bespoke engraved jewelry pieces.<\/span><\/li>
  • Pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless they arrive damaged).<\/span><\/li>
  • Items purchased during final clearance sales.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
    3. RETURN PROCESS<\/div>
    To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at Cloud_698@163.com<\/span>. Please include your order number and photos of the item. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.<\/div>
    4. RETURN SHIPPING FEES<\/div>
    • If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or wrong item received), we will cover the return shipping costs.<\/span><\/li>
    • For personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), the buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
      5. REFUNDS<\/div>
      Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.<\/div>
