RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Thank you for shopping at RONGDA INTERNATIONAL TRADING LIMITED. We want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. RETURN WINDOW
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be unworn, unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original premium packaging.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene and customization reasons:
  • Custom-made or bespoke engraved jewelry pieces.
  • Pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless they arrive damaged).
  • Items purchased during final clearance sales.
3. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at Cloud_698@163.com. Please include your order number and photos of the item. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. RETURN SHIPPING FEES
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or wrong item received), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), the buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

退貨與退款政策

感謝您在榮達國際通商有限公司購物。我們希望您對所購買的珠寶完全滿意。如果您對訂單不滿意，我們將樂於提供協助。

  1. 退貨窗口  

我們提供30天退貨政策，表示您在收到商品後有30天時間申請退貨。要符合退貨條件，您的珠寶必須未穿用、未使用、與收到時的狀況相同，且保持原始的高級包裝。

  1. 不可退換商品  

請注意，以下類型的商品因衛生與客製化原因無法退貨：  

客製或訂製的鑲嵌珠寶。  

穿孔耳環（因衛生原因，除非商品到貨時已損壞）。  

於最後清倉促銷期間購買的商品。

  1. 退貨流程  

如需辦理退貨，請聯繫我們的客戶服務團隊，電郵地址為 Cloud_698@163.com。請一併提供您的訂單編號及商品照片。若您的退貨申請獲准，我們將向您發送寄回包裹的相關指示。未事先申請退貨而寄回給我們的商品，將不予受理。

  1. 退貨運費退款

若退貨是因我們的錯誤所致（例如商品瑕疵、損壞或收到錯誤商品），我們將負擔退貨運費。

如因個人原因（例如改變心意、訂購尺寸錯誤）導致退貨，買方需自行支付退貨運費。運費不予退款。

  1. 退款

我們收到並檢查您退回的物品後，將通知您退款是否通過。若獲批准，退款將於5至7個工作天內自動處理至您原先的付款方式。
