Welcome to RONGDA INTERNATIONAL TRADING LIMITED. These Payment Terms govern all financial transactions conducted through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept the following secure payment methods to ensure a safe shopping experience:

2. CURRENCY & BILLING
All transaction amounts, checkouts, and invoices are processed in the currency displayed at checkout. If your local currency differs, your card issuer will automatically convert the currency based on their daily exchange rates, and any international transaction fees shall be borne by the customer.
3. PAYMENT SECURITY & FRAUD PREVENTION
To protect our community, all payments undergo strict encryption and authorization checks. We reserve the right to cancel or put on hold any transaction that flags potential fraudulent risk. In such cases, we may request additional verification before shipping your jewelry order.
4. TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES
For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable local import duties, customs fees, or VAT levied by the destination country’s customs authorities. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
5. ORDER CANCELLATION & BILLING DISPUTES
If you notice a billing error or wish to cancel an order before it ships, please notify us immediately within 12 hours of purchase. If you initiate an unauthorized chargeback dispute with your bank without contacting us first, we reserve the right to restrict future purchases and report the fraudulent dispute to relevant merchant protection networks.

對於國際訂單，客戶需自行負擔目的地國家海關當局所課徵的任何適用地關稅、關稅費用或增值稅。這些費用不包含在我們產品價格或運費中。

  1. 訂單取消與帳單爭議  

若您發現帳單錯誤，或希望在發貨前取消訂單，請於購買後12小時內立即通知我們。若您未先與我們聯繫，便自行向銀行提出無授權的退款爭議，我們保有限制未來購買行為的權利，並會將此詐欺性爭議通報相關商戶保護網絡。
