2. CURRENCY & BILLING
All transaction amounts, checkouts, and invoices are processed in the currency displayed at checkout. If your local currency differs, your card issuer will automatically convert the currency based on their daily exchange rates, and any international transaction fees shall be borne by the customer.
3. PAYMENT SECURITY & FRAUD PREVENTION
To protect our community, all payments undergo strict encryption and authorization checks. We reserve the right to cancel or put on hold any transaction that flags potential fraudulent risk. In such cases, we may request additional verification before shipping your jewelry order.
4. TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES
For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable local import duties, customs fees, or VAT levied by the destination country’s customs authorities. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
5. ORDER CANCELLATION & BILLING DISPUTES
If you notice a billing error or wish to cancel an order before it ships, please notify us immediately within 12 hours of purchase. If you initiate an unauthorized chargeback dispute with your bank without contacting us first, we reserve the right to restrict future purchases and report the fraudulent dispute to relevant merchant protection networks.
